BOOK REVIEW: Rebecca's Initiation (Redemption #1) by Gary Green

BLURB:

Rebecca’s Initiation is a fast paced fantasy adventure about a young girl who loses her mother in a car accident and has to go live with her grandmother. Her grandmother is an extraordinary woman who lets Rebecca in on her secret and initiates her into a world of magic populated with fairies, gnomes, elves and a dragon. She soon learns that her mother’s death was not an accident and that she was the intended victim. She has to learn how to defend herself—and learn fast. This entertaining story teaches valuable life lessons that anyone can use.

MAY CONTAIN SPOILER:

This book was beyond great! It had a lot of detail and the plot itself was amazing!

My favorite character was Pip because he was helpful, happy and, above all, a good friend friend. He made jokes to cheer Rebecca up and helped protect her.

My favorite part was when Naomi told the story of her and Cedric because it was full of beautiful description and vivid details. It was a wonderful story!

I recommend this book to anyone who likes magic, adventure and family.

I give this book 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 9 and up.
